The scrubbers are essential for industries that utilize and work with polluting substances (galvanic, chemical, environmental, and waste treatment industries), or for those industries that need to treat the air before emitting it into the atmosphere, as these scrubbers prevent the spread of toxic fumes into the environment, with yields of up to 99%.

The plant consists of a cylindrical washing tower with its vertical axis produced in PP/PVC.   The recycling tank at the base contains a washing liquid that maintains the right grade of acidity, thanks to the automated equipment connected to it.   The recycling pump, the connections for the automatic loading of the water, the level probes, the discharges, the overflow, the visual level, etc., are all found in the recycling tank.   Inside the column, one or more grids are positioned to support a determined amount of filling units, made in PP, which is adequately wet from above by a shower of water distributed by a group of self-cleaning nozzles fed by a main manifold in PVC.  This, in turn, is connected to the pump.  The air to be treated, after passing the filing units which carry out a first wash, crosses the water sprayed by the appropriate full cone nozzles that cover the entire section of the tower, undergoing a second wash.   At this point, the air is forced to pass through a drop separator which retains particles of water, avoiding it being dragged out of the tower.  

The plant can be made up with a single tower, by two towers in a row, or can be comprised of a two-stage tower configuration depending on the characteristics of the gases to be treated.  The towers can be executed by either the customer's or our own design.
